Enough sleep, enough food and enough work

Enough sleep, enough food and enough work would certainly ensure a sound health.

It is not merely the quantity of food that one should take  care of. It is the nutrients and minerals contained in the food products that ensure a sound health.
A balanced diet should be taken by an individual who has health concern.

One should resist the temptation of getting used to fast foods or food that is o fried and mulled.

A vegetarian can maintain a good health by substituting eggs, meat and fish with food that comprises rice, roti, green leafy vegetables , milk etc. Fruits should be taken regularly.

Minimum physical work is needed each day to keep the body fit and free from fats getting accumulated.

One needs to have an exposure to nature every day despite the hectic schedule that confines the majority of the world population to the four walls of the room meant either for bureaucracy or for study.
Globalization has tethered professionals to the room life. It is here where the professionals are compelled to spend all the time from sunrise to sunset.
Even students too, are not an exception to this. The modern system of study has left them almost no time to play or undergo physical activities. Occasional games and sports have become a sort of festival to them. It is  an irony that games and sports are conducted to prevent games from falling into oblivion.

An exposure to the beauty of nature each day, has a beneficent effect on the viewer.

The MNC and corporate culture and system, has left the globizens confined to the taboos of artifice. Either by will of compulsion, the artificial sources are everything to them. Continued detachment has habituated them to the life that is entirely deprived of  nature.
