Spain, with 3,386 megawatts, occupies the second place. Like Germany, Spain too, has its government's support.
Japan, with 2,633 megawatts, stands in the second place.
The U.S. stands in the fourth place, with 1,650 megawatts.
Italy stands in the fifth place, with 1,167 megawatts.
Czech Republic stands in the sixth place, with 465 megawatts. It has ample administrative policies.
Belgium's is the seventh place, with 363 megawatts.
China, with 305 megawatts, stands in the eighth place. It being the major manufacturer of the panels, has not installed many solar panel units.
France is in the ninth place, with 272 megawatts. It has well planned programs and policies in place.
India stands in the tenth place, with 120 megawatts. It aims at reaching 20 gigawatts by 2020.
