Horn sound pollution robs the quality and magnitude of work

                     Both mental and physical work loses the quality and magnitude of work done by the victims of sound pollution. Among the different kinds of  sound pollution, the worst one is the horn sound pollution to which millions of people across the world,  remain victimized to this menace. This menace goes unnoticed or draws little attention of the sufferer. The sufferer remains passive because he is helpless. Most of the youth, though educated , undertake rash driving and  remain irresponsible towards creating a peaceful atmosphere.  Then, comes the  heavy vehicle drivers, who are deprived of literacy and awareness about th e ill-effects of horn sound pollution.
