Secret Patrol and without uniform

                      The government should  give a flexible touch to the laws so that  traffic authorities  can  conduct frequent  secret patrol in the vehicles other than patrol jeeps to intercept the unnecessary frequent blowing of horn by reckless youth and the reckless heavy vehicle drivers who have a lion’s share in creating the horn sound pollution through  their reckless  blowing of horn.
